This page is for help with the Noor app and this website. We do not claim 24/7 coverage or a guaranteed response time.
Contact
Email developer@nurtechllc.com. Include what you were trying to do, the device or browser you used, and any error-message text. Never include passwords or authentication tokens. Mailboxes such as support@, privacy@, or legal@ on noorfaith.com are not claimed as working until routing is separately verified.
Accounts and sign-in
You can use much of Noor without an account. If you create an account in the app, the sign-in email and password are handled by Supabase Auth.
Main app paths:
- Create an account from Sign up
- Sign in with the same email and password
- Use Forgot password? if you cannot sign in
Password-reset emails currently open Noor through the app’s custom URL scheme, not through a form on this website.
Prayer and Daily Ayah reminders
Prayer, Sunrise, Daily Ayah, and Jumu’ah reminders are scheduled on the device. They are not sent through Firebase Cloud Messaging or Apple Push Notification service in version 1.0. If a reminder does not appear, check notification permission, the in-app notification settings, and the device’s Do Not Disturb / Focus settings.
Location and prayer times
Prayer times can use a saved location or optional device location. City search uses OpenStreetMap Nominatim when you search for a place. Location for prayer calculation stays on the device in version 1.0.
Reporting inaccurate Islamic content
Email developer@nurtechllc.com with the lesson or page title, the statement that concerns you, and any reference you believe is missing or incorrect. Noor is educational. It is not a replacement for a qualified scholarly ruling in an individual case.
Account deletion
Use the in-app flow described on Account deletion, or email developer@nurtechllc.com from the address on your Noor account.
Accessibility
Describe the screen, the assistive technology or display setting you use, and what went wrong. Reports are reviewed as capacity allows.
Technical problems
Include app version (Settings → About), device operating system, and steps to reproduce. For this website, include the page URL and browser name.
